Energy Management Is More Important for Creative Work

There are two basic veins of thought when it comes to getting the most accomplished.  The classic view is time management: keep lists, stay focused and organize your time effectively to get everything done.  As a whole, time management works fairly well.  However, it misses a couple key problems, such as:
    Why do you burn out?
    Why can you have a perfectly organized plan, but still procrastinate?

One Million Dollars Donated By Heather Mills To Healthy Food Project

contestant Heather Mills, is promoting healthy diets for children. She donated one million dollars worth of veggie burgers, hot dogs, and chicken cutlets at a barbeque sponsored by Hunts Point Alliance for Children in the Bronx, New York this past weekend.
Mills told People Magazine, “My plan is to get healthy food out to kids and to get it in the service industry, get it in retail, make a fast-food chain around the world with healthy options and just keep doing my work behind the scenes.”

that I wasn’t a fan of raw broccoli. A few days later after making that statement, I made a raw broccoli salad. Crunky or not, I went with it and I liked it. I guess that means that I’m fickle and to take what I say with a grain of salt. Whatever, a girl has the right to change her mind!

New research from the Child & Family Research Institute has shown that the typical North American diet (think meat and potatoes) is
deficient in omega-3 fatty acids
. This information is especially important to pregnant and nursing women since the deficiency may pose a risk to infant neurological development.

Eating Differently: An Experiment

. My knees are hurting a bit. I stubbed my tow on the bathroom scale the other night and got a blood blister and broke off 1/4 of my toenail and now my foot still hurt s a bit from that. But I’m doing ok. And I’ve raised over 1000 dollars! Can you believe it? Only 1500 dollars to go!
I met a woman through Team in Training who has hooked me up with the Raw Vegan thing.
Raw Vegan? Is she crazy?
