Green Smoothie
4 cups freshly juiced apples (or you could use 100% apple juice)
1 cup frozen bananas (you could use bananas that have not been frozen)
2 cups of baby spinach
1 tsp nutmeg
Directions
In a blender add apple juice & baby spinach
