HAPPY BIRTHDAY, DARLING HUBBY! I LOVE YOU!!!!
I ate some grapefruits for lunch today… but I wanted a salad with some sort of meat alternative on it. When I got home, I ate some salad with olives and two veggie sausage links. I am feeling today like going back to being a regular vegan instead of a raw vegan… I know raw is the healthiest, but it’s really hard doing it when the rest of the family doesn’t. I know that if I go regular vegan, I would be able to get readily available substitutes, so I could kind of eat what everyone else was having at suppertime. I feel alone in my quest for health, since my family pretty much eats whatever they want to. I have tried hard not to pressure them to do what I do, but that is also harder for me. It’s hard to go my own way and do my own thing sometimes.

Lately, the Raw Diet is on everybody’s lips. (well not everyone, but definitely in the fabulously beautiful and healty circles….) Many celebrities are adopting the healthy way of life based on raw fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds that provide all the nutrients and excitement needed.
Famous people like Demi Moore, Anthony Kiedis of the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Nicole Kidman, Tom Cruise, Drew Barrymore, Alicia Silverstone, Sting, Angela Basset, Bryan Adams, Martina Navratilova, Donna Karan and many others are embracing the raw way of life.

No Regrets
I don’t often say that to myself. Maybe I need to say it more. I am saying it now because I am suffering physically since our return from vacation. I suffered some while on vacation, but somehow the sun and the beach made it more tolerable! LOL! I seem to notice it more now that we are home.
