Last night Janis and I tripped over to Bloor and Bathurst to check out this amazing place called
Toronto Sprouts
. I had put it out there that I need to learn how to sprout and where to buy supplies and this awesome man from Michigan sent me an email with a bunch of information, part of which led us to Toronto Sprouts.
As soon as we walked in we immediately fell in love with the place, there was such an amazing vibe! After trying raw chocolate, eating handmade raw vegan chocolates, we finally worked our way to the sprouting supplies. It was like Xmas!!! The best part though was when we started chatting with a lady who works there named Robin. She was amazing. She is a Raw Foodist and gave me tonnes of ideas! She’s really inspired me to not only do the 30 day challenge but work as hard as I can to stay raw afterwards!
